So far, not so good. One day, and the only thing it did (when I signed in--no push, text or email notifications As Requested) was they were 'collecting'. They did take a trash bag, they left a FLATTENED box. I did not call them back, but will try again another day. Not sure what the point of this is, since the real problem is residents putting trash out hours before 6p.m. Or leaving out for days. Will give them one more chance, then deleting. No point in loading my phone with a useless app.

I specifically and intentionally turned off the trashy annoying notifications. App every single time I open it as if this wasn't a choice: Hey turn on notifications so we can spam you with our worthless pop ups you turned off. just show me the calendar you worthless spammers.

doesn't work well on Samsung Android phone. bottom of the screen is cut off and can't be seen and interacted with. the old app you could contact the team and let them know that they still haven't picked up the garbage. I don't see that option on the new update.

"Service Has Arrived", "Last Call Pickup", and "Collection Completed" notifications all come within one minute of each other. Not sure if it's the app's fault or if the workers are negligent, but either way the result is useless notifications for residents.

They skip by my apartment when my trash is literally on the edge of my porch WITH the red draw strings hanging out showing it hasn't been picked up! I'm tired, TIRED, of paying for this BS service when I can walk it down to the dumpster myself! It's just another way for my apartments to make money off of me. Meanwhile, y'all charge $25 dumpster fee per month! ✌️

Guess this app itself is trash. Sent support a chat and still haven't received a response after several minutes. It's wasteful and I think you really don't need an app for valet trash pickup if you take out your trash on time and employees do their job properly. So much disappointment for 25 bucks a month!

So far so good, I guess. I selected in my preferences to be reminded of nightly trash collection updates via text message, but I have yet to receive text messages. I've missed a couple of trash collections because of this. What's the point of having the text message updates if I have to keep running back and forth to the app to check the status of the nightly collections. And there's been times when I don't get back to the app until it's too late.

The app is terrible. I think it's worked correctly for me a total of ONE time. Whenever I launch it, the screen flickers and then I can't do anything. The service is also terrible, avoid any property that uses this. What a racket honestly, they don't pick half of the stuff up, they don't pick up when scheduled to... Then animals get into it and make a mess, and they leave the mess for us to clean. Property management says to use the app .. which doesn't work. Vicious circle.
