I paid for a full year membership before I read the review on Google Play. I almost got a heart attack after seeing the star point of only 2 something, and negative comments. However, after using the app, it is more than wonderful for me. It is now more like my health assistant than a health app as it's so convenient. I am using a Samsung phone and smartwatch to track my sleep and exercises, and the information can be synced to this app through google fit, so it saves a lot of my time.

Overpriced and misleading for what it is. This app piggy backs off the freestyle libre sensor and app technology and then adds ai food tracking and dietician assistance. That said, the vively app and website neglect to mention that the freestyle libre 2 sensor doesn't work on newer android devices so if you have an android, your sensor might not give you accurate readings. Add to that the dietician help, while friendly is intermittent and doesn't add much to the literature that's really availabl

This company has very poor customer service. Many of their CGMs are faulty. It takes ages to ever get a response back from anyone. Had to contact tech support multiple times for either sensor issues or app issues.

Was excited to use. App however is seriously lacking in its usability and databases. For example, meal entry is rediculously complicated and the food diary to select from us lacking. Try setting up an ordinary White Coffee!! Just buy the device direct from the manufacturer and use their app, imo.

At first, I was pretty excited by this concept. But it slowly became 1 disappointment after another. The support response from the sensor manufacturer was very slow, resulting in days where I couldn't link to vively. Entering meals is painfull. Then my sensor randomly stopped working during the night on about day 6. Vivley support are as slow as molasses in winter, and now they're just not responding. So, barely 2 weeks into a $300+ experience with effectively zero to show for it. Waste of money

I have had endless issues with the app. Currently on day 4 of the app not updating my sensor data. You only have a sensor for 14 days and the only thing Vively has said is "our engineers are working on it". I got the membership to see live data! I have missed that for 4 out of 10 days already?!! I also cant log exercise in the app, it is honestly been a very very poor customer experience and waste of money! I do not recommend it!

So far I've connected Google fit and mfp and nothing is syncing. I've downloaded health connect in the hopes that it will connect with one of the others and sync to vively. The vively food bank is so abysmal. I'm so stressed trying to figure it all out so things sync my data so when my cgm arrives I'll be able to have a complete data picture. I hope having the sensor on will make it worth the money spent because otherwise it's a rip off. It really needs all better specs for the money spent. 🤞

Very disappointing and suggest you avoid. I can live with the poor user interface, limited food database and useless fluff blogs etc. What I can't stand is poor service, or in my experience simply no service and response. I had an issue with the 2nd sensor I purchased and simply could not get any support from Vively. It's a waste of money.
