I just downloaded the app a week ago and got my providers code today. I really like the layout of the app and all the ways to set goals and routines and it gives me structure and an incentive to do daily things I sometimes struggle with. But I have to give it 4 stars because the app keeps freezing up on me and I have to clear the app and reopen it. Please look into the app lag and freezing thank you

Is a good app I just feel like there are too many people in each meeting and as the app gets more popular that will only get worse. There was like 60 people the other day. If they would make more meetings and maybe limit the amount of people idk. I overwhelmed by it all. It is good for people who need support, but a lot of the people are not mindful of time and not everyone can talk if there is only an hour and like 20 people raising their hand. But, overall great app.

Use to be great the reward/gift card was something to work for a reason to continue doing all the things I need to do. Then I found out that the rewards stop after 22 challenges there shouldn't be a limitation on how many challenges u can get rewarded for. U can still get rewarded for taking the surveys but now ever since I updated it the last time it won't even let me into the app.

Extremely glitchy. Deletes messages as I'm writing them to my peer. Doesn't show my peer's messages until hours after they were sent. Freezes when I try to click that I completed a routine. The feature that does work well is the online portion where one can join zoom meetings, however I could just type weconnect into an address bar for the same thing.

Love the WEconnect app and all the features, the peers and the community! If there is ever a gliche or something that comes up with the app, the support team is right there for you to fix whatever is wrong. The peers are fantastic and are the most supportive people I've ever come across! I love the many things the app offers to help organize your daily life, it even has a place to write your goals and to write a gratitude list. I highly recommend this app for those looking for support.
