Different identification apps which doesn't work at all. I just want to see my e-recipe using the app. Miserable experience, as it is becoming the new normal here. Frustration after many tries, resetting app cache, reinstalling, restarting the phone... They are returning rockets from the sky, you can ask the AI of your phone unimaginable questions but you can't login in your health insurance app... Unbelievable! Unbelievable! Unglaublich! 😡😡😡😡😡

Actually not as bad as I initially thought after I found out that this app is at least consistent with its "no root" policy. I just reboot without root temporarily when I need to use this app and it works. Other apps refuse to work when your bootloader os unlocked, even if you are not rooted, I already had to RMA my phone when it just broke after a regular update, unlocked I can restore the factory image at least. The functionality is still a worry but so far nothing broke.

Suddenly it stopped working with message that my device is rooted, but it doesn't! Literally nothing is changed in my phone, unless they released new broken version of app with wrong security requirements.

Doesn't work, confusing and after you managed to set it up, it doesn't detect the card via nfc, even though I'm paying with my phone all the time. S23 ultra, Samsung device. Just wanted to check my E-Rezept.

NFC function doesn't work and I've seen complaints about this same issue that are older than 1 year. That's a multi-billion euro company for you fellas. Thanks for nothing and please fix your app asap 🙂✌️

Doesn't work. The TK app opens this, and this app reports that it had an unexpected error. No further information and this app is required to complete the patient registration!

The scan of the TKK health card does not work. My smartphone works with NFC and Google Pay with no problem, so I know the problem is not with my phone which is a Galaxy A34 with Android 14.

Worst... There should have been alternative method to onboard not just boss nfc. And I still don't understand why u need another identity app when u have tk app . Talks a lot about stupid logic of management!
