App alternates between crashing constantly and rejecting my account info before crashing. Support is non-existent for an app which is critical to people living in this country. This is hands down the worst cell phone app I've ever used, and the fact that it's mandatory to use makes it significantly worse. If someone can prove me wrong I'll gladly change my rating, but until then, please fix this app as it's of critical importance yet doesn't function as intended in the slightest.

The app installed correctly. After scanning the passport it asked for a phone number. I did input my number (Cambodian and registered) but I didn't receive any verification code and the app stopped. Now it just repeats the message that the number is invalid and blocks any login. It is impossible to register again, since the passport can only be scanned once. No support or means to contact the developer.

I installed the app. But after I put the code it said that my phone number is invalid. I went to the main page and try to access the app with my phone number and password. And it said again my phone number is invalid. I have a registered local phone number. So as i can only scan my passport once I cannot proceed to enter my address. There needs to be improvement otherwise non of us can meet the requirements. Any experience on this, need help but cannot find any.

Frustrating unable to complete create account after inputting a password. The screen won't allow me to proceed no matter what password I usr.I've put the 0 in my phone number and without nothing works. Ive inputted passport details borh by scanning and manual input. Still can't create an account Oressing help Iinput my name and email then the screen went and stayed blank - just doesn't work at all super frustrating apo with nowhere to go.Waste of 40 minutes of my life and no comoleted process.

This app is not working. If you are registering for the first time it works well but if you are trying to update after few months or so, it doesn't allow you to log in. It keeps on saying wrong password or wrong number. The only way it works is to change a new sim number and register again. But who is gonna do that everytime.

This app is not working well. I wrote an email to the web developer of this app but i did not get any response. I tried all the other strategies but still it is not working. All foreigners have the same complain and no solution.Some agencies get additional payment because most foreigners cannot access the app. Thanks to an old lady who helped me or else i will pay an additional amount. I hope they will not require this yet if they cannot solve the main issue that lies already. Better STOP this!

very bad apps. scan my passport but said my phone is invalid, but try to scan my passport again said that the document is used. Really suck. After registered, still can't log in the apps, everytime said that my phone is invalid, then I have to change the new password everytime for log in. What a lousy app.

Terrible app. Once I installed it my phone went very slow and was virtually unusable. I uninstalled it and my phone is usable again. I also don't see any privacy terms even thought you are meant to upload some very sensitive personal information.
