Since the revamp of the user interface, I find the app more buggy with some disturbing problems, eg: I look at the test results list, it shows my last test as being October 9th. I expand the test or look in the graph view, it shows the same test result with today's date, November 8th. This seems extremely dangerous if it displays the wrong date depending on what view you use. I certainly know it unsettled me not knowing if I was looking at an old result or my very latest as of today.

Horrible, do not use. Only thing it does is charge you a fee to access results for one year. Oh the results are never available after more then a month despite emails to customer support using their portal. Customer support never answers emails unless problems subscribing. Phone calls take 45 minutes to reach somebody, and that when using the login issues menu. Promise refunds for services unable to provide that never arrive. Great if you like paying for nothing.

Seriously... is this a joke? Manged to log in, after heck knows how many tries on my phone, but now it will not accept to input my phone number in the set field. There are no instructions on how to save / download your lab records, the email responses I get to my question are barely providing any extra info but now I can't even send my questions since it doesn't allow me to properly input the phone number. It has some nice features, but why can't some of those features actually use the current lab records to show you some stats? Instead I'm suppose to enter everything manually.

Often when get out of it and get back, I see the names of the variables used by each field (I wish I was joking) instead of their names. This makes me so uncomfortable considering it's a medical app. I have to close it and open it again to see the app correctly. I have also no luck trying to contact the lab regarding my results through the app. Why bother with support, amirite?

After downloading, the app cannot be found on my phone but can only be accessed from the Play Store. And the APK isn't found anywhere on my phone. Only access to the app is "open" in the Play Store to open it. And in agree with some of the users here - the fluff is not needed. Fix this garbage glitch. Update: Finally fixed. But now there's a limit to the files you can access and saved to PDF, and an not able to get to details of each test, just a summary.

to those having problems using your phone to log on, for some reason it automatically adds a space at the end of your user name when you move to the password section. If you don't go back to the user name and delete the space your login will fail. Took me forever to figure this out and made me very angry. Hope this helps save someone the aggravation . Cheers. Would be nice if you could exit app and not have to force stop to save battery FIX THIS PLEASE!

The app is not even completed. There are a bunch of placeholders for where titles and and subtitles should be. It's hard to read or navigate the app because of this. Why would you release and charge for this service if it wasn't ready. Terrible execution and in app experience.

I enrolled to get test results. The app now demands access to way to much personal information. On mobile device you cannot limit this. Updated Though today after removing app and rejecting permissions. I reinstalled and it appears to allow me access without permissions. Maybe we are seeing some common sense starting. Overall information, history and trends display well. Best on computer for detail. Mobile gives you quick summary.
