Since the new version was launched, it needs to re-register again. It seems everything ok after registration, but every time when I try to login , it always redirects me to another web page for the login process. After I enter everything right, it turns me back to the main screen of the app but I still logged out of the app. It means that I have to login again? I have tried dozens of time but infinity loop of the process makes me die. What the fxxking app! It should be written by a 🐷.

This App is poorly maintained. Images were not optimized before uploading to the server, making them HUGE image files that takes too long to download -- Lazy and Unprofessional. Appointment reminder isn't cleared after the date has passed. App takes VERY LONG to load data. The server capacity is inadequate. App un-expectedly logs you out from time to time. Buggy. It appears that the App wasn't sufficiently tested before it's rolled out. Why did you develop an App to make yourself look bad? Look at all the negative comments! Clearly you need to switch to a more professional developer. It isn't working.

Terrible app. I registered, but then was unable to login and then it kept telling me I was logged in but then the next page would say my login details were wrong and won't let me in. It's 2023 there's plenty of people who can design apps that are user friendly!

Terrible app. The app redirect to browser for login but require one time password from email. After switching to email to obtain the OTP code and switch back to brower. The page is expired and cannot enter the OTP to login. PS. I am using android device.

can not use anymore... it asks me to log in every time, to log in, I need a one time code, to get it, I need to switch to the email app, doing so restart the login process and makes my code useless... can not book an appointment anymore...

What happened? After updated, was unable to login, everytime ask for one time password, but when u open up to email page by the time come back to the app page, ur password wrong

This quality of this app is awful. So obvious it was not properly tested before rollout. Error in almost every single function. Conclusion, a bug full app.

Rubbish App Wasting my time , no confirmation email which I thought I entered info incorrectly.. I redo it for 3x... By email, by blood donation number.... Don't waste pple valuable time if your app isn't ready for the market yet. We r doners, not guinea Pig to help test out your app.
