LEC will focus on a HOMECOMING where we can fellowship with friends from other Lutheran schools in our district. SUSTAINED PROFESSIONAL LEARNING will happen through intentional and focused strands. Multiple strands are offered designed specifically to help attendees grow and develop in their ministry. Our goal is that people leave LEC with tools to equip them throughout the year. Finally, we have integrated a HEIGHTENED SPIRITUAL DIMENSION that can have a great impact on our spiritual-faith walk with the Lord. We have integrated an onsite prayer room with conference chaplains, a strand focused on Spiritual Nurture, and, of course an inspirational worship service.
