I want to use google pay to pay my monthly bill, but when I choose it I get a popup with the message "Unexpected error has ocurred. Please try again later. [OR_BIBED_07]". I can endure the app being slow, but this is something that needs to work. Please fix it. EDIT: Now the app doesn't want to function. It says that it has communication issues. I tried clearing the app data with no effect.

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Nothing works 99% of the time, my bills don't come on time, thus my subscription being turned off and not letting me pay either, which ended up in me having to call customer service (Which ALSO sucks, mind you) and spend like 4 hours figuring out why my limit spiked from 30€ to 70€. Fix your customer service, fix your errors, and then maybe the app would be useful.

Ever since the recent few updates, when the app got an overhaul, it's been nightmare fuel trying to open it. More often than not it just hangs on a blue screen and you have to wait ages for it to open. I don't know why modern companies just want to break everything in a new update lol.

Metal Recommendations

Since the last update, I don't get it... Why would you even release the (beta) version of the app without experimenting first? Half of the stuff doesn't work, colours palette is awful, it doesn't show live data spendings, much harder to navigate, internet is a mandatory if you wanna use calls? I don't know what you were thinking bonbon, this has got to be a mistake of great proportions and I hope you rethink the decisions that you are making.

Old version was a lot better. Color scheme is horrible, new design is hard to read and to get used to, I can understand that maybe it is intentional and supposed to be modern and different, but the result is just a cheap look and loss of funcionality.. changed from 5 stars for the old version to 2 stars for this one.

Colour palette makes it too contrasty to look at. Whatever happened to the ability to see exactly how much data is left, down to the MB? Seeing "4 GB left" isn't good enough. I've had to resort to SMS reports and basically stopped using the app, save for package activations.

English please! We are in 21st century international language is english ,as a foreign citizen i dont speak the language yet so it would be very useful to have a option to choose language, especialy for the offers within the application! Only way to translate is trough the browser but than i loose all the benefits! Change that and i change the stars to! Best regards!

How many minutes do you need to wait for something to open to say that the app is too slow or not working, I'm not sure. Loading animation is nice and complex and probably slowing everything down even more. If you choose vidual design over practical/working app I'm sticking with sms.
