MAKEUP FOR MATURE SKIN
I have been using this app with my coach for 2 months with no problem. Today I needed to send her a video. The app wouldn't let me. It didn't need an update but I decided to uninstall and reinstall the app. Now it doesn't remember my password. I've reset it 5 times! When I do get in it's in dark mode and I can't see videos or leave my coach notes. I hope this gets fixed ASAP!

I have had it on my phone for a week now. It's crashed 6 times when trying to set it up with my coach. It will not let me write to my coach without crashing. And will randomly close while I am watching tutorials. Update: crashing significently less. Still not very intuitive with the setup. But developer is acknowledged and improving APP in timely manner. Update: It was fixed up until around December 2022. It has since gone back to not working. Tried contacting developers but could not find email

I've been using this app for about a year now with my coach, and for the most part it's been good. That was until today when I could no longer upload videos for my coach without the app crashing. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but it didn't make a difference. I'm using Android (Samsung Galaxy S23) if that helps any for trying to fix the issue.

If you postpone your workout to do it on another day, your streak session is returned to zero. I took a rest day when I had a workout and completed the work out on a scheduled rest day. Yet the app records it as a missed workout. Either remove the "Streak" recording or allow people to maintain their streak once the workout is completed Also it does not allow to delete or edit messages tmyou type to your coach.

This app was pretty solid until the redesign. The new UX is terrible all around. I find it incredibly frustrating to only be able to navigate lifestyle and exercises via the calendar. It seems to make the assumption that you only ever work out on the day the workout was scheduled, and that you'll never need to do it the next day instead. Additionally, having to swipe through each exercise when entering the workout feels much less efficient than the one-page view we had before. This is just bad.

Somewhat frustrating app to use as a coach. Numerous clients are unable to upload videos. The app crashes on Android devices. For some reason there is a serious lag time when using the calendar view (upwards of 20 seconds to populate text) and now tonight the app crashed due to heavy volume. EDIT: It's been 8 months, they haven't changed a thing and continue to advertise without improving functionality. It's now crashed 3 times due to heavy volume for me.

It was a very useful app, but I don't know why I can't upload videos from my gallery. When I try to go in my phone gallery and select a video, the app is crashing and close? My android version is 14

Even though it takes a bit of time to get used to being comfortable with its many sections for a new user, this seems a nice app. Could be a little more user friendly (f.e. have a comment box for each specific exercise, as opposed to a general one for the whole workout).
