This app is AMAZING! You have your own personal trainer('s) that talk to you and encourage you through a work out that is designed just for you! The meals are amazing and there is something for everyone! You even have a journal that you can record victories, obstacles, and anything else that might help you along your journey. You can even journal about things that were happening during that week so you can look back and see how it effected your results. They truly have thought of everything! 100% satisfied!

Clunky, overall hard to navigate around in app on Samsung Ultra22. Can't edit/delete exercise or add distance walked, and will not sync across multiple devices. Trying to input age to setup the transformation program the year defaults to 2009 & only way to edit is go backwards is month by month. The profile settings has birthday settings & allows you to change it but it will not save it. Very disappointed in the overall function of the app.

The font is TINY and you can't zoom. On most pages it's also in a light gray color. Its hideous to try to read anything. I don't wear glasses, but feel like I need a magnifying glass to read the recipes and workouts. Not helpful! The improvements they made are amazing, but this is enough of a drawback to stop me from using it.

Overall I love the app. While there are things that could be done to make it even better, for me it is easy to follow. Having the nutrition (meals) and work outs all on one app is wonderful. I can also say that this is this first product I have tried that has allowed me to lose weight without feeling like I am starving. It is something that has helped me change my lifestyle and is sustainable.

The app is really good to me the workouts are fairly easy to follow. The food portion is awesome and making the grocery list is great. The only feedback in have is the grocery list does not consolidate so if you have things that repeat ingredients it would be great to have the list consolidate and just tell you how much of what you need.

Downloaded and used Transform in 2017. Rejoined Jan/2021 and not much has changed. App unfortunately is slow and has a few bugs. Have had to logout and login a few times. Looking up other recipes in the app causes unending loading circle. Would love to see a new look. I still use it and it does the job but could use some extra love.

The app has great potential! The user interface is a little clunky. For example the shopping list for recommended foods is an exceptional idea however the list doesn't consolidate like foods or summarize measures uniformally so shopping becomes very difficult. I'm sure they'll clean this up and I'll be back with a 4 or 5 real soon.

Love that it determines my macro nutrients for me or I can adjust for my needs it body type. In addition, as I lose weight it adjusts the food automatically. I like that I can have a reset day and not feel deprived. There is a wide arrangement of foods to choose from as well as fast food options. I like how the workouts are setup based on home to equipment to high intensity style.
