My name is Lee Marsh, and I am the head coach at L2 Training. I am a level 3 qualified personal trainer with over 20 years of experience with training and nutrition. I have competed as a body builder at British level, completed Ironman Wales and I am the owner of Infinity Fitness Gym in Ferndale, South Wales.
