This app is so terrible. Somehow, adding a coupon or using a reward got more complicated with the recent changes. It's insanely frustrating. It also never takes my cards when I enter them and now it won't let me select Pay at Restaurant. Makes me not want to buy your pizza. I ended up having to call and they helped me manually, but if this happens again, I'm just going elsewhere.

Their payment system is frustrating. I put in different cards and addresses to be able to order pizza online, and it has yet to work for me. They have amazing deals and rewards, but I never get to use them because they are online only, and the payments never go through.

Makes no sense at all. I'd been using app about 2 years or so with no issues. After updating app, it asks if you already have an account you want t use (migrate), yes I do, but then app says your phone number is already used, and will go no further, & migrate fails due to my phone # already in use (yes od course it is, by me, the one trying to migrate my account, remember?) just ordered online, & tried to update my new phone #, & was told I could do it in app. Wrong. App has it locked.

Since the latest revamp of the app to make it easier to order, it just doesn't work. It doesn't let me order because it keeps saying my card is expired. Can't even eat pizza from them now because of it. For now Round Table Pizza is getting my money until they fix the app.

You can make an order with the app but it won't let you track it or even see the order history? Tried tracking my order on a web browser and it says the order isn't associated with my account. Now I just order over the phone, don't even bother with this app.

Pretty embarrassing that they can't get a pizza app right. I would be ashamed if I was the developers, and livid if I was the company that paid for this. Overly complicated, no way to apply existing deals, laggy, broken, over intrusive, and buggy. This is supposed to save you time, but I just go into the store instead of taking the risk using the app. Try again maybe?

The food is great but again the service is awful. I ordered a pizza online in the app (which was easy and fast) & then I sent a friend to pick it up, no pizza. I called & confirmed that my pizza was there & ready. They confirmed it was. I told them I was sending a friend & they said ok & again no pizza. Now I had to get up after a very tiring & long day & go & get my pizza. It took me 10 min to finally receive my order & the cashier was very rude as usual. For such good pizza it's sad service.

I've been having difficulties with the app since the launch of the "new" app. I can never add coupons because I have one added when I actually don't. The old app wasn't perfect, but I don't recall having issues with it. After trying to get this to work properly, I've finally given up and picked up McDonald's instead. Just get Mcdonald's. Their app forsure works with no issues from my experience. Please fix this app
