App crashes multiple times during sessions. Requires log in every time. Tech support can't locate registered accounts. And whole system was down for 3 days with no announcement. Repeated delays in scheduling visits and calling the customer service won't cascade to the app if you do get it open. Only tech advice given is "re-install the app."

Ive had alot of trouble with the app, not reading when I reset my password and not letting me redo it, then when trying to reschedule an appt it says server error wether Im on wi fi or phone data (no other apps having trouble on either) I wish there was a person to talk to when I need help with the tech issues, takes forever to get a response through email and sometimes you need the appt info quicker & need to get into your acct. No excuse this day and age to have such bad tech support.

buggy.. 1) if you type a state in the application allows you to proceed but then because I didn't select from the drop down menu it says "state code not found" when I say I want a medical appt. 2) it got glitchy when I was required to choose a pharmacy. first gave a list, but when I chose the location it wouldn't continue forward in the appointment setting process.. then when I backed up it wouldn't find any locations at all. I had to close the app and restart the whole appointment process.

Horrible app with a horrible, non-intuitive interface. Additionally, despite logging in with the same device EVERY SINGLE TIME, it says I am logging in with a NEW device and requires me to set up a pin EVERY SINGLE TIME I log in. Incredibly annoying and frustrating. The alternative (trying to log in online via a web browser) is even worse and has even less options available, so I am stuck ONLY using the app that looks and feels like it was somebody's first attempt at app development.

This service is exactly what I was looking for. I hate dealing with traditional doctors offices/urgent care centers. Especially for smaller issues. Connecting to a local doctor on my own time was fast and easy. The doctor I saw was super nice, understanding, and clear. Other reviews say the app isn't great, but I haven't had any issues with it.

The app seems to be broken. Had to log in several times, each time with a new security code even though I had already selected my personal PIN. App crashes when I try to search for providers. UX not great. Desktop version not helpful either. This is the telehealth app supported by my health insurance and I'm not able to get service. Needs attention ASAP!

It functions ok once you get into the app. Every single time I log in, I am forced to re-log in, and set up a PIN for next time. Each time I hope that I will actually get to use the PIN, but it never works, and I have to log in again, only to be told to set up yet another PIN. It is quite frustrating when I am trying to log on to an appointment.

Unbelievably bad. Often, none of the features (view messages etc.) can be accessed and I get an error saying that it's unavailable. The app crashes frequently as well.
