I am able to use the app to bring up my membership, however it will only show my membership if I query with my name and phone number in spite of having downloaded the emembership card. If I just bring up the app and hit Show Membership, the app never finds or displays anything. I must search by phone number and name each and every time I bring up the app, and this takes about a minute to come up, making me wonder if the app will find it at all. It does load the card into Google wallet however.

Cannot see text when searching. Tried anyway, but no results came up. Completely useless. 😔 Update 10.24.24 That worked: disabled dark mode, got the pass added to app, added it to Google wallet, then put dark mode back on. Success

I have updated the app. But, there is still no option or logo for the institution that I am with which is BBG. Please advise how I can access the institution I am with "BBG" and download my membership card. The app doesn't allow me to type. When I type nothing appears in the box therefore, I am unable to search an institution and download my membership card.

All the text is showing up white so you can not see what you are typing. No search results are coming up. This app is useless because you can't even show your membership card.

Have to use this app for my botanical garden membership. It sometimes takes a long time to show my membership card. I also have shareable guest passes, but the share function doesn't work. (It works on my wife's iPhone, but not on my android)

All the text is white and not visible, no search results show, prior versions worked. Hope this gets fixed as it's kinda needed to show your membership

Never stores my membership cards, I always have to look them up by id# and my last name. It also sometimes can't find the zoo for me to even look up my cards. Try finding Oklahoma City Zoo, bet you can't. I just use the original email the zoo sent me instead. This app is too hit or miss, and most often misses.

Wouldn't pull up my account. Received message didn't exist. I began inputting membership numbers following a family member and finally found it. Correct name spelling and phone number. Don't know why it wouldn't pull up with phone # and name. Glitch in your app. Please correct so I can change my review.
