Just so frustrating - I used to just ring up and ask for swim timetable - now just get sent round in circles and no way to choose which pool to visit for general swim and our nearest, Ashton, has been closed down. I don,t like to book in advance just for a swim as due to my age and health, things can change !!

I can't login. I have never been able to login. And the staff aren't very helpful. It's extremely disappointing especially since I've signed up to a membership already!

I've been here a couple of times now, and I find it clean and well run. There always appears to be lots of staff around to assist the kids in the click n climb areas . My only dislike is the unisex toilets in a kids' area, especially when the kids feel they are old enough to take themselves ,otherwise the toilets are clean. The kids really enjoy coming here . Also I find the cafe are very reasonable priced.

Good now they sorted a book at all centres button for classes. Still need to integrate booking at itrain on there without having to go to the itrain Web site. Would be good if you could do the book at all centres button for swimming sessions too so you don't have to go to the timetable for each centre if you fancy a swim that day.

Downloaded and set up an account, went to log in, says incorrect password, I thought I was going mad thinking there's no way I've forgotten it in minutes, changed the password by having an email sent to me, phew it will finally work I said, did it balls. Said the same again so I changed it once again and still the same again. I'm paying for a membership and can't even book to go to the gym! Sort it out.
