Really wish that the food section was easier to use. The inconsistencies are a pain, even when searching brand names. Overall, I think that the app can be and is useful; it just makes it harder with the app not being that user-friendly. Hopefully, future updates will take care of this.

Don't use this service if you're planning on changing jobs. I was tracking my weight and no longer have use for the scale. They locked me out of the account, so I could not even access my data to see what weight I lost. Spoke to teledoc rep and livingo rep and was just told, "Sorry for the bad news." I was told I could still use the scale, but that is about it. Renpho is better. I should have continued with them. It is not attached to any employer, & I can still access my data even after years.

The scale differs from my home scale.M home scale usually matches my primary Dr's. But I keep it flat in the box and bring it into the bathroom in the morning. I can't leave it.because my cat will sit on it. So far so good with everything else.

I received the scale almost a year ago. Things started fine, but I needed more than just a scale and an app. I was also disappointed with the long response times. I tried to start again in March but the scale wouldn't turn on. Changed batteries and still nothing. So I uninstalled in April, but a July EOB says Livongo is still charging.

I really like this app along with the devices they send you. Lately my blood pressure cuff had been having trouble sending my readings to the app. Other than that, for what it does do, it's great. My only suggestions to improve user experience would be to be able to add notes to readings such as current symptoms and the ability to add readings not taken on the livongo devices as my family all have at least one of the kinds of devices that I use.

I use the mobile app because it is convenient to use especially if you eat out at times. I sign in, get to the food log, and the screen goes black and I can't get out of it. It freezes my phone and I have to reboot. Keep getting asked what version I am using. There is only ONE version on the playstore. That is where I was instructed to get it from. I have sent in numerous claims to have it checked out to no avail. The IT department needs to have bug fixes. This was a great app. No good now.

I'm not sure how I signed up for this program (insurance?) but I love it! Livongo makes it easier to keep up with my diabetes testing. The included blood sugar monitor, weight scale and blood pressure cuff all download to the app on my phone automatically. Plus, a "coach" sometimes sends a text message checking up on me with encouragement. The three devices are easy to use, the blood sugar device tracks my supplies, reminds me and makes it easy to order new supplies when needed. I love it.!

I was really excited when I first got my devices (glucose and blood pressure monitors). However, my bp monitor suddenly starting having connectivity issues such that the app no longer received my readings. Although I still check my bp regularly, I have to record the readings in another app. And I know it's a problem with the device since the app records my glucose readings with no problem. So I think the app would be more helpful if there were a way to record readings manually.
