A lot of room for improvement: bugs occur often (for example, when a trainer forgets to check you in, you can't make bookings, and the notifications aren't reliable), the booking only allows you to make one at a time, would be great to see the upcoming bookings in calendar format instead of listed, you can't see how many spots are left for a session... The app really only gives you absolute basics.

First of all, there shouldn't be a 3 appointments per week limit through the app. Secondly, the interference is not user-friendly and lacks certain features.

Good job, it does the work without any problems. It would be great if the arranged appointments could be synced with an external calendar (with that I would give my 5th star). Another improvement would be to take into account the system font zoom level especially in the search page.

it simply doesn't work. Everyday it throws errors that it cannot retrieve data, so booking a gym session is impossible! Now I have reinstalled and I can't even login. Could you please fix this?

It takes a lot of time to book lets say 3 appointments. A lot of strokes. It would be more convenient during appointment feature if 1. kept previously chosen service. not having to choose it every time again and again. To have it as default. 2. not to have to accept twice each reservation. 3. a range of days coild be booked at once, imstead of a single one each time.

After the latest update, a class booking that's confirmed as successful never shows up in the list. It's a shame for the Alterlife brand that the updates keep making things worse, when smaller gyms have better mobile apps.
