It doesn't do anything Edit. Got it to work. Doesn't work in the background or while exercising if you don't keep your phone constantly active. Go into sleep and nothing is recorded. Not of much use if you need to keep track of time, METs, pulse rate, and pulse Ox. Wonder if my device will work with another app. This app "came: with my oxymeter. BOO!

Blood pressure cuff works great. Cuff and app worked as advertised for a month and a half. Then the app stopped logging new readings. Cuff and app would sync then upload, app would show the readings being input but would then not add them into the logs or the rest of the graphs and charts. Contact the help center, which was in Europe, got forwarded to the North American help center in about a week, then nothing! Going on 2 and a half months with no response to multiple emails!

Scale has been a nightmare from the start. Has only measured all aspects 3 times. It wont connect to the wifi. I have had to restart my wifi numerous times to no avail. It wont record or save weights in memory. i have spent hours...yes hours...trying to get this going. No better than a regular scale as now I have to enter my weights manually and it wont give any of the other measurements. Very disappointed!

Loved the ease of taking my measurements and having them import seamlessly into Samsung Health. However, this functionality just stopped working and it doesn't look like restoring it is a developer priority. Edit: nope, Dev is steering us towards a "pro" version of the app that does even less, and that I am sure will eventually sell us back the connectivity they took away. Avoid iHealth. Return it if it isn't too late.

This is the worst app! I'm not sure if the updates have ruined it or what. Last few months, the blood pressure monitor won't even work unless the app is deleted and reinstalled. I have to do this EVERY SINGLE TIME I WANT TO USE IT NOW! Funny that something that is supposed to help your health only causes MORE STRESS, which in return, causes HIGHER BLOOD PRESSURE!

I am glad there is a new app version coming. I have the BP device and the scale. When I only had the BP working the app was OK. Took a while to connect and I often had to try 2 or 3 times. The scale mostly connects 1st time BUT every second day as I leave the previous days weight log to take my current weight it goes back to the BP page. It so annoying. Can't wait to get the new app

I got the ihealth HS5 scale. I can't get the scale to work because it can't connect to the Bluetooth. I've did everything! Taking batteries out then inserting them about 15 times. Paired and unpaired bluetooth several times. Installed and uninstalled the app. Nothing works. It shows on my phone that the bluetooth is on my list but nothing connected. I have a galaxy note 10 pro phone. Terrible app.

Good hardware evil app. Constantly tracks your location presumably for sale to advertisers. This is probably behind the problem of not being able to sync. the app says you exited but in reality it's still running in the background collecting advertising data on you. The first sync works but following sinks may fail. you have to force close the app from the system level and restart to get it to work.
