The offer which is displayed on front doesn't work as the system crashes at the payment page and then when it comes back it shows that you have consume the one time coupon code... such a pathetic technical glitch in their system.

It's the worst food delivery app now. I liked it before and I was ordering from this app. They're lowering their quality. I would recommend do not order from their app or portal now. They are delivering stale products or food. And this is third time in a line when I have got this issue.

A plan was introduced through this app where we can win 100% off coupons if we predict correctly the 3rd question every match.... Top 300 members will only get the coupons, As many people from the place where I stay started ordering 100% they were facing losses so they stopped receiving the orders abruptly and didn't even let us use the coupons we won, when we complained they lied to us saying app glitch.. if you face loss think about it before introducing it. an absolute trash app🗑️

One of the worst food ordering apps ever made. The coupon code resests if you add address. The cooking instructions reset if you select coupon code. After all the hassle when you finally click on make payment the app ask to fill me all the details even though I just gave my phone number, name and also date of birth for some reason. The worst experience anyone can have with a food delivery app.

I ordered chicken biryani from briyani by kilo app . payment was done and even it was showing that order has been accepted. But after 25min, some executive called me, that my delivery location is out of reach and you should order from swiggy and cancelled the order. If you want to promote swiggy only for delivery then why did you make your own app?.

I had installed the app on 7th Sept'21 - but not sure if it was a new or old version. Now on opening the app, we see a pop up notification asking as to update the app. Everytime I click on it, it takes me to the Playstore, where it shows 2 buttons - "Uninstall" and "Open". Clicking on the "Open" just repeats the process!! Absolutely frustrating nonsense!!
