Practical to use & what's important is the app gives a short resume of what kind of issue each therapist is mostly best at, so it helps you to choose the most compatible one with the issue you want to discuss. Aside from that, it's very easy to make appointments and proceed to payment. The session was done through video call, be it Zoom meeting or WhatsApp vidcall. You basically don't need to go through a lot of hassle coming to a certain place to receive consultation. It's very convenient.

Smooth experience. Easy and on time counselling schedule. Kind reminders were given. Overall, satisfying experience with the app and the counselor herself! I think it is a very good alternative and flexible for people who need counselling after work hours and with tight schedules.
