Abysmal. App shows rad. Keeps crashing. Uninstalled. Reinstalled. Phone off/on. Same fault. Utterly useless. A pity because the radiator(s) themselves are actually good, expensive, but very good. The app, if it worked as promised, would be a perfect accompaniment to the radiators. The developers really need to buck their ideas up with this venture. It is really letting the side down. Badly

Update: app appears to have been updated and now works reasonably well. Can Bluetooth connect most times at short range and schedule programming is straightforward. Dreadful. Nearly asked the leckies to change the rad. Manual is tedious and old fashioned but works. Contacted maker user support about unable to connect but no reply. Can't find online manual. Totally awful supplier. Deserves to go out of business.

I live in a rental flat with one of these heaters AL9369, and it and this app are useless. I've set a timer, then put it in standby as I only want some heat in the morning - but it just comes on anyway. Have to turn the entire thing off on the wall socket to turn it off. The app says it's in standby but then you touch it to find out its been banging out heat for 2hrs. What a waste of money!

It is possible to use the app to set the heater to standby or manual. When using the manual part of the app, it is possible to change the temperature settings successfully. The only problem with the app seems to be on the timer aspect. This issue has been reported to the manufacturer, who have passed this onto their developers.

Similar experience to Steve below, rad is visible in bluetooth settings, offers a pairing code which is accepted and shows as paired within phone. Rad also has a Bluetooth symbol on the display. Open the app and there's nothing, no options menu, no instructions, just a notice asking you to choose a rad to connect to which presumably should populate into a list below the notice. Tried forgetting & remaking the connection, restarting phone and rad etc but nothing creates a link to the app.

Works when it wants to, my issues with this app just keep getting bigger.. If you name the radiator eventually the app forgets it, one day you can connect to the radiator the next you can't as the app crashes. When it works its great and simple to set timers, but that's only when it decides to work. The radiators themselves are fantastic, massive improvement over my last ones.

Totally useless. Can't even see heaters in app despite them all being visible in Bluetooth Settings. Previous version worked (kind of). Have tried the updated app on 3 different Android phones - they are all the same. Not sure why the developers bothered - you can see from the reviews that the app is broken. Aren't they embarrassed? - I know I would be if I was the developer.

Can't set times, it's impossible to use, slow, it's probably the worst app I've ever had to use. Edit: App no longer opens, I've tried everything to get it to open but it force closes 100% of the time Edit: I think I've worked out one of the biggest causes of a crash, if you keep the radiators on Manuel temp, the app works but if you have it set on a timer schedule and try to connect to the radiator, the app crashes. Please update this app, you haven't bothered for over a year now (April 20)
