I like most of the things in this app, but I do not like a couple of things: 1. Takes ages to open, especially in the morning . 2. There is no option for English.. for people like me who have limited knowledge of Thai language cannot use it efficiently. Hopefully, those problems will be addressed soon.

Many of these services are also use by tourists and foreigners. You should provide the detail also in English language. TSB go app is also in Thai language also and won't let the foreigners connect the card to the app. Very disappointing even though your services are good

It is unbelievable how low quality are all apps in Thailand connected to public transport. But TSB is a winner. It worked just a few days, literally. After an "update" it doesn't even open the main screen.

Ok...we are getting somewhere. The app is actually helpful now. The estimated time arrival is more accurate. Although 2 things. Firstly I encounter a issue where some buses won't show on the map unless you tap on the bus number. Also the app isn't available in English yet. A good step in the right direction tho.

I am traveling in 173 bus everyday and there is only 3 buses for this route. When the bus passes my place from where I should take the bus, then this app shows the bus. I can't trust this app, its terrible because it just waste my time because I have to wait again for another bus. You should work on the GPS, I think the viabus shows alot of feature with accuracy.
