Maps need to be updated with the reroutes. not always accurate. I do like the offline download able maps feature as there are many areas I go that I have zero cellular service. I also enjoy the find my friends feature. Would be nice if all clubs had groomer beacons installed on groomers that way I can avoid trails being groomed as well as know where groomers are to be prepared to wait and adjust plans accordingly

I have been using the app for a few years now and love it. You can plan routes and know the distance. The GPS feature is really great especially when getting lost traveling through medium size towns where you can miss direction markers. I just stop look the app and see where I am exactly by GPS position and which direction my phone is facing. Occasionally I have seen the route data not be accurate where a trail closes but shows on the map as a green trail. So in those cases follow local signs.

It's great to have the trails at your fingertips. $4 isn't much to pay but I agree with others, it should be included as part of your trail pass. Haven't yet figured out how to view recorded rides as it always displays "no rides". I've recorded several rides but not once has it ever worked. Where is the help file located so I can figure it out finally??

My granddaughter, grandson and I always use this App for planning trips. We like this map a lot ... especially because it works when i am out of cell tower range. I can't find miles/kilometer distances marked between points on the map ... or maybe I just haven't used the App correctly. If there are no miles/distance on the App, please consider adding this feature. Thanks.

It's not a very good app. The free version is absolutely abysmal and the paid version (which is absolutely ridiculous that it's a yearly fee when we pay out the derrier for trail passes) is certainly not worth it. Frequent freezing of the app, slow loading and general poor overlay make the premium version a total waste of money and the free version a total waste of time.

I'd love to rate this app higher. But I don't think the app is user friendly at all. It should have night or dark mode for one, where the controls, maps and details are highly visible while in use. Most people use this while driving their sled and it's garbage for that experience. You have a white background with yellow, green and red colors for trails, contrast is really poor. From an accessibility perspective this would never pass. Please look up wcag and start implementing some....

It's big, it crashes, it doesn't work unless you're connected, it won't update the data over cellular properly and keeps restarting, the more stuff they keep adding to this, the worse it gets. And you want us to pay for it? Tried to use it offline and it kept crashing. Good thing my life didn't depend on it! And the 2022 version, the trail markers don't scale properly on tablets. Contacted them and their solution was to turn them off. Really? That's a lazy way of fixing a problem. BRP GO! is much better and more refined than this junk and it's free!

This review is for the free version of the app. It gives you an offline version of the map. That is about it- and it takes a while to download (their servers are slow). I feel wrong paying for the app when I buy multiple permits yearly. I would assume some of that money could go towards a quality app for all. It benefits everyone to know which trails are open and in any sort of emergency you should know where you are at minumum. For me I'll continue to use the webpage and screenshot.
