Disimprovement. Fancier graphics but a) doesn't use default car by default; must be constantly reselected b) doesn't use favourite locations c) slower setup of parking sessions in general; in part because of the fancy Google Earth BS at the start. And goes from bad to worse. Now constantly getting " Can't process" error pop-ups and have to repeat requests 5+ times. And this after a price increase!

The app constantly logs out, crashes, forgets the outcome, and ends sessions without warning you automatically when the parking hours end. This has previously resulted in me getting fined. I'm glad I found a better alternative.

Stability of the app became better. One thing in the app is not clear: when opening the app you are asked to confirm the location. But the number that is selected is not written, but only visible on the map. The moment you zoom out to get a better picture of where you actually are, a few other location-numbers become visible and you do not know which number the system will chose. So, print the number that will be chosen at the bottom of the screen before asking to confirm it.

Used to be good, does what it says on the tin. However recently (last year or so), the UI has gotten a lot worse, the app keeps logging me out, and has failed to check me out twice, costing me almost 100 euros.

This service is now subscription based and there is no way to opt out of it. That is unacceptable. I was just charged for the month but the only way to stop paying is to delete your account, even though I just paid for the rest of the month. Customer service was not helpful either.

you have to log in literally every time you want to use it. and crashes like crazy... worst app ever. I downloaded the app from the qr code of the parking meeter. it doesn't see that parking meeter in the app at all 🤦‍♂️

Clunky, complicated to use, slow to log in, often returns an error when trying to go back to stop an ongoing session after more than 15 minutes so that I have to stop the app and restart and log in once again.
