They charge an enormous fee to set up recurring service and then never come back. It is a complete ripoff.

Poor management and execution. Tried this app for a second time and was quickly reminded why I uninstalled. Constant job reassignment or cancelation due to "provider issues". They recharge you every time the job is reassigned. They do refund the previous charge, but it takes longer to get it back than it does for the new charge. Mind you there's no notice when they do this, so keep enough money in that account for multiple recharges. Better and cheaper talking to local providers directly.

I've used Plowz & Mowz a few times for snow removal and every time they come in a timely manner and do an excellent job. Prices are high but I'm guessing it's because of the last minute requests. I get notifications when the job is requested, accepted, someone is on the way, and job is completed (along with a picture). The app is extremely user friendly. I definitely recommend 👌

I love the layout, used interface, and ability to contact someone. They also have fast response times and do what you ask over the chat very quickly. That's where the positives stop. I've literally never received a service I've ordered from this app. They always cancel on me and push the date forward. Sometimes it's due to bad weather, which I understand, but other times it's because they keep releasing partners and assigning them to new jobs. They need better partners job management system.

Great service and concept, but the app itself could use more work. There are many small inconsistencies and issues that make the app seem unfinished. Many of the help pages and FAQs are specific to mowz or leavz but don't mention plowz. I've seen visual glitches where the wrong price pops up for a minute, but I'm still billed correctly. These issues have not prevented me from using the app, but they did make me skeptical at first. Edit: app is much better now. upgraded to 5 stars

Absolute trash. Scheduled 2 separate snow removal services because the first one never happened. The first one didn't show up and I ended up cancelling the second as well. Customer service is outsourced to India and they wouldn't entertain a discount or a refund, just "oops sorry, we'll get them there at some point". I waited almost 48 hours and no one showed up. They allow anyone who "accepts" the job to go for it. Second one even gave an ETA which was a no show 5 hours later. They gave me nothing except "sorry". I never write bad reviews, but this place is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I can't emphasize enough, DO NOT DO BUISINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

App is easy to use. Customer service was OK the few times I had to use them. I have used this app a few times, and I must say the price tends to be on the higher side plan on spending $20-30 dollars more per plow using this service going rate is $20-30 per plow in my area but if I use the app it's like $52.00. Never had a problem with a contractor and can't speak on any of the other services as I haven't tried them yet.

If only they can get the service done as quickly as they respond to the messages. I'm truly disappointed because this is not the first time I have scheduled a service I never received but are quick to charge my credit card. I suggest charging after the service is done. Will not be using them again and will uninstall the app. Waste of time relying on Plowz & Mowz. I would've given a zero star.
