The worst app I not been able to get on all day I'm working away I wanted to put it on while away cant do anything with it. Got a neighbour to go in turn it on and off now the radiator off line and I cant get it back on to the WiFi. Absolutely useless if it wasn't out of warranty I would return the whole lot back.

What on earth has happened . The update has created problems as follows- not being able to sign in, which makes this app useless for controlling your heating system remotely! The layout is no longer easy and user-friendly. You have to go through multiple taps for basic timer use, much harder than the previous design. It is clear this is now full of bugs that stop effective performance of the app. User design hasn't come into the functionality of the update. It's time to find an alternative .

App was working well until early March 2024, when, without any prior warning, the screens changed. There are some improvements, such as being able to copy programs and a generally less clunky user interface. However, the big minus point is the graphs, which do not record actual thermostat temperatures as they did previously. This means the user has no guidance as to what is happening, especially if away from home. Can we have our original graphs and temperature recordings back please??

App. has become useless since last update. Unable to control radiators via. the app. No temperature graphs. If you are going to update something, shouldn't you improve it not ruin it?? 0 out of 10 App. Still useless even after recent update, total waste of time 😡

Buggy, won't connect to rad, logs you out every time you close the app, headache... But if you try and try and try you will eventually get there, it took me about 5 attempts to get my 2nd rad added via a mix of restarting the app and factory resetting the rad.

Terrible app, first you need to add your location service for the wifi to be recognised but nothing will advise you in advance. Secondly, the installation of the heaters is a headache, I have 3 heaters from Delonghi, good products but without a good app they have no value to me. Some development on the app is required.

The app keeps crashing every time I try to connect it to a new radiator. Infuriating. Part of the reason I bought the radiator is because it's supposedly smart. Not very smart if I can't connect it to the app.
