Super App! The last little piece of the puzzle for a wonderful taxi service that I've used exclusively now ever since I moved to Tucson to retire here 10 years ago. This App was about all they could do to make an excellent product even better. Living in New York City and other busy hustle bustle cities North and East keeps you taxi prone and this company hires great people and their transportation is always first class. Keep up the great work!

This is an excellent app and VIP is competitive with ride-shares but a cut above in terms of experience and driver competence. Unfortunately the "pay by card" is flawed and presents a risk of unnecessary charges when the ride has ended. I recommend "pay in car" at this time. Drivers are not trained in most app features so ask for support before trying anything fancy.

Please help! I have always loved VIP and loved your app. However, since the last update it has kicked all my information out. When I try to enter it again it says my email is already connected to another account, yet I can't get to my account. It has a message on the bottom that says, "if you already created a password before..." and then it cuts off. I don't know what the rest of the message says. I really don't want to use a different email, can you please help me get this fixed?

Down load this App!!! This is a great app.!!If you need a ride and for some reason don't have your ID. Or your stateless. Like other people. These people will give you a Ride. They don't ask for all kinds of ID . They don't need your Debit card or Credit Card. You can pay in CASH to driver. This app is amazing these people are amazing. This app is just like Uber or Lyft. Very easy to use. With out all the hoops you must go thru with Uber or Lyft. So, you want to pay cash. Use VIP TAXI APP.

These people have a great attitude and you can feel the comfort in knowing that you are traveling safely. Sometimes the driver is hard on the brakes and some drivers turn corners too sharply but overall polite.

Needs to have access to your complete contact listing, an unnecessary invasion of privacy.... I'll book using my phone, that works just as well. The service is great, the app - not so great!

I can't even start the application the first location it's sends me to when I open the app is create account and since I already have one registered to my email it won't kete do anything else it says already registered to an account and the create page looks like it had an option for already registered emails and it just says for already registered emails please and then nothing just please please what wish it into an option or just be pleased we can't use a app that doesn't. Even work
