July 2024: Can't get past the payment-screen. All filled in. All green checkboxes. I think i have to check an acknowledgement-box, but that that's hidden underneath the 'confirm'-button. Since the text continues underneath. And during the process there were more examples of text being underneath boxes/numbers only bottom half visible. Can't reach the checkbox, also not by rotating screen (app doesn't do rotating screen). So can't complete registering...

As we were not able to find our answer from any official site, we looked to forum posts & were told we are able to unlock more than one bike with a single account. We proceed to try that today, & that didn't turn out to be true, & we ended up wasting time & 6.9 Real without actually biking. Since not everyone, especially tourists, are going to be people with their own sim cards, it would be a good idea to make it easier for more than one bikes to be rentable with a single phone/app.

Be aware that you need to disable USB debugging, otherwise it won't start. Apart from that it works fine. There are some glitches once in a while, but nothing major

They are unable to send verification message to international numbers. I tried with two different country's international number and I didn't receive the code on any of them. It needs work on their verification process.

Gave me trial for 10 days. After 2 days i cant login from app because 'security reasons' Piece of **** company. Now they charged me 6€ and I can't see why because app is blocked. Cant log in on website because it asks 'RUT' code which I do not have because im a tourists. Horrible experience. Do not recommend. Their bikes are bad too. No hand breaks! Only leg. Edit: lol it gets better. This Whatsapp number they gave me. Doesn't exist. Also they gave it without area code.

The app works. I used it to rent a couple bikes in Rio de Janeiro. I had no issues. The bikes on the other hand, needed maintenance. The gear shifting was missing and jumping which really made it difficult to pedal uphill. A simple repair or adjustment. I really like this idea and if the bikes worked good, I'd give five stars. ***Suggestion, comment section in the app to describe bike conditions and have a local shop take care of it***

A good idea poorly executed and with concerning privacy issues. The app is terribly slow and it has trouble validating foreign credit cards. The amount of information they request from you is concerning, including security numbers from passports and they do not provide a way to delete or cancel your account. All that data, including your CREDIT CARD details will stay forever in their databases. The bike unlocking system is bad and super slow. Many other around the world are much more effective

Good: The app and unlocking the bikes is really neat and with free trial and monthly plans it is neat to use. Bad: Cancelling the subscription does not happen in the app and all is in Spanish. Of course I translated, but they keep charging me still after I have left. Really pissed off about it. Update: after a few emails the support made some effort put in the transactions were reversed and got my 2 months payments back. Thank you for the extra effort!
