Poor service, terrible app. The app doesn't link with maps so you cannot see the path to the closest docking station. The bikes clanck all the way. Most of the stations have only electric bicycles, which are more expensive. The free first 10 day are a lie, since they charge you for the electric bikes. Returning them is annoying, you have to shove the bike in the station and hold it with all your strength until is finally recognized. Customer service is in Portuguese, even for hispanic countries.

Terrible app, totally unreliable. It works whenever it feels like, it glitches constantly and none of the bugs have ever been fixed. UPDATE: I STRONGLY ADVISE PEOPLE NOT TO USE THIS SERVICE. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL (at least in Colombia). IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT SOMEONE TO RECEIVE ASSISTANCE WITH THE APP. AGAIN, I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO USE THIS SERVICE, THE MORE WE KEEP FUNDING THIS JOKE OF SERVICE, THE MORE THEY'RE GONNA LAUGH AT US WITH THEIR TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Easy to use, difficult to find a workable station or bike. The app says a number of bikes but then they are not working so you lose time

Awful service, no service at all. I had to block my credit card because Tembici was making additional charges days after my ride was over. Impossible to comunícate with a human, and no answer to my emails. It's a shame such a good idea but with a horrible app

By far the worst experience I had with a company. Nothing went well. From the experience with the app, difficult to add the credit card, map issues, number of bikes on the station didn't match the ones on the app. And to top it off, the electric bike didn't work. When I tried customer service, things went from bad to worse. The only channel available was instant messaging "whatsapp" and took them more than 2 hours to send me an automated message. I will never use them again.

The service (shared bicycles) is great, the application sucks. Every time the ride ends it ask for a rating, but you have to rate, as the close button does not work. Even if you rate the submit option sometimes fails and you are stuck there, without anyway to start the next trip until the godforsaken rating screen goes away.

I really like the service even as the app is so bad. But eliminating the daily plan is the worst choice, any coty with this same service have one say passes or one trip passes, you know why? Because tourist are not going to stay for more than one month. I don't know the business logic behind this but is so awful

DO NOT give these people your money! The app sucks, it's slow, it consistently fails to recognize the QR and doesn't unlock the bike even after you enter the alphanumeric code manually. Great idea, terrible execution, hopefully Bogotá will find a better provider later on.
