Make it easier to change cards when you top up. It's been four years and absolutely nothing has been done. It cannot be this hard.

needs lots of improvement. for a smart meter app. its lacks in too many functionality. can top by 5. updates very very slow. no option for multiple household setup. doesnt really help identify what uses the most money. nope all you have it top up and auto too up so they can take your money. even when you top up it doesn't update your account balance immediately.

How can such a simple app be so bad across the board? Every time I load the app a banner appears at the top "Incorrect account number. Please try again". It takes ages to load the app (half of the times it doesn't even load) and every single option in it. When adding cards the app gets stuck in "Processing" stage. Topping up fails most times, balance doesn't update. Hours long waiting times to get in contact with phone support and chat bot is the most useless I've seen so far.

On 2 occasions now, when I have topped up, the app has taken two amounts from my account despite only clicking once (the same amount the first time & 2 different amounts the second time). Only one top up code is displayed on the app. I only discover it has taken 2 amounts of money when I check my bank account or when I receive 2 top up codes by e-mail. These are not mistakes I can afford.

This is by far the worst application ever!! You're balance updates for awhile then it stops updating for a long period of time then out of nowhere updates again.. It's not good if your at work or out and about and not sure what's left on you're smart meter.. They'll tell you it's your signal on you're smart meter.. My smart meter never stops flashing (WAN) so it can't be the signal.. This app needs fixing or I'll go somewhere else..

It seems like they intentionally made the usage history bad. For an app that is suppose to give you full in depth details on your usage it is actually very limited in reality. You are stuck with very basic details that aren't even much use. Instead of being able to navigate through each day viewing usage and peak hours you are stuck only viewing very specific details. I could only imagine they did his on purpose to keep users less informed.

Installed. Fine for roughly a week... then!!! 'Sorry this service...' UNAVAILABLE. My meter is not easily accessible, so it's very difficult to see my balance... Tried uninstall etc., but no joy. Called the number, but nobody seemed aware of any application-issues. There IS an issue; it doesn't work!!! No updates available either, and my mobile is fully updated, so there's clearly a problem! Still waiting for promised email regarding the issue....

I got a new phone so I have just redownloaded the app but all the features are completely gone from the app. It isn't showing my balance, there's no way way to access my usage etc. I just topped up and it sent me the code to input when it has never done that, the top up just automatically goes in. I'm in work so I now have no idea if it's topped up or if I need to manually put in the code.
