Interface is designed to take (I'd say steal but technically it's not) your money: there is no (or at least I didn't find a) way to adjust default top-up amount permanently (you have to do it every time you're topping up) and once you overpaid it (default is higher than mine) there is no way to return it and if you top it up with less money (say you've topped up by 20 and next month you're planning to top-up for just 10) lt won't work that way. So consider your overpayment lost.

Well so far it has been interesting and there are a few quirkey points for the prepay 3 sim cards which I bought on Tuesday night after 10pm at Dublin airport, now after purchasing the prepay sim I put it into a smartphone but with the information that was given in the pack, I was not able to find out the Sim Phone number that was to be used while here in Republic of Ireland, I had to wait till this morning, to allow a friend to let me ring them in Italy so as they could confirm to me, my New No

Three.....you need to get your app sorted? Unable to top up from abroad, constantly getting 403 forbidden when I try. Using same router in same location as previous top ups, so it is not router settings. I have bought a local SIM but will have to change suppliers when I get back at this rate.

App is useless. When I look up on Threes own website the functions the app is supposed to have don't work. I kept getting sent around in circles

App is just a webview of the website and the topup popup doesn't load. Better to just use the website directly which works well.

App is based on selling can't see rt usage of add ons etc and limited options were we know more like opts are repeated but one offs available. I can't remove add ons in app it's useless

Have 3 Broadband. App sey up for phone customers. Very difficult to contact 3. No internet connection
