App still no better since I last reviewed it.... very annoying. Grrrr....I open the App and it closes straight away, have to open it again. Sometimes I have trouble adding certain expense values, and most recently I wrote a rather long question and explanation using mail option only to have it not send and disappear completely. I have restarted phone, cleared cache and data, it doesn't help though

This App is very slow and very frustrating most of the times it doesn't load up my timesheets. Loading takes ages to get anywhere.

What was an easy app to use has been totally stuffed up. Emails can't be written in app, timesheets can't be copied and it constantly loads and reloads before giving up and defaulting to shutting down. Sort it out Manawanui. Those of us caring for loved ones have enough on our plates.

Since your update I'm having issues with uploading email documents . It keeps asking me to allow permission and allow storage. Both have always been allowed and still is? I've also had to use a family members phone to send a new email which does not reflect in my phone. I've restarted my phone thrice, reinstalled this app a few times but it's still having the same problem?

Latest update doesn't show Timesheet hours as you are entering them - you have to try to get the hours right on the 'wheels' and then press set so that you can see how close you are. Personally, I would prefer to enter the hours using a numerical keypad, as the current system is quite cumbersome.

This app keeps crashing. I'm having repeat issues that were resolved but now same thing happening again. Can't save an expense to make a claim so I can pay my bills! Keeps asking for expense type. Why does this keep happening and you are very slow to resolve it?!

It would be great if the timesheet dates matched the fortnight. Every time I have to send an email to the office to tell them that it's not working. Luckily they are very nice people and change it for me within the hour which is good. So hopefully that will be fixed soon and then the app will be very convenient to use.

Overall good. Most support and payroll staff try. Some coaches can be too judgemental. Don't always get it right, but havent struck many that haven't tried and let's face it I aren't perfect. Only groan is why we can't access Inhanched Individualised funding, have Mawanui pushed for it in Wellington.? This is the capital city after all? Election year - come on .... After recent events in last few days, I am cancelling all services with Mawanui with required two weeks notice.
