Very bad app. Needs constant technical support to initialize. In general bugs can happen and it is understandable, what is unforgivable is the availability of support. Most people work out in the evenings and weekends, the exact times that the support is not available. The outcome is that you end up coming to the gym just to realize you cant go in. It is so bad i have a backup subscription for another gym, thats how ridicoulous is their app and support.

Has bugs costumer service won't take responsibility for. Multiple times I got kicked out of service in the app, and had to pay full enyrence price to get in a gym.. No compensation for this at all! And the only solution from costumer service is that I need their support when this happens... Too bad their only available during normal working hours when nobody goes to the gym to have this issue in the first place!!

A known issue where the text verification doesn't work when you switch to a new phone. They know this for at least 6 months and they didn't do anything to fix it. They not accecable at all by chat and don't even answer when you call. Worst service I have ever encountered.

Each time having trouble with this app. usually when needed the most at the gate entrance to facility. Each time has to make a call to the service, and wait on the line.. During weekends the service not always available. And the most upsetting thing is that the app is registered per device regardless of the phone number registered per subscription - at least this is the explanation received from the service representative. Update of the app's common logic needed ASAP!

0 Stars after I paid app isn't working I'm paying extra at gyms to get in i can't open the app nor log in nor any communication from there WhatsApp communication...horrible

AWFUL customer service!!! 👎👎👎 If you got this far and about to install the app- DON'T, turn away and get your money back! They constantly change their policies against the customers & studios and not allowing / severely restricting access in order to make it a living hell for regular members! Double check with the studio before you continue! And keep in mind that they can change it everyday without notice and force you to update the app when they do. TL;DR STAY AWAY!

Terrible, too many updates at the wrong possible times, plus, the update is pending endlessly. It would be better, if you can send an e-mail that there is new update. Or, simply enable to continue usage without updating the app.

There is a lot option to improve. Sync with boost app (already sync with arbox). Option to add a profile photo that sync with the arbox registration so studioes could recognize me. Option to log in on website and not only on app.
