Unreliable. It doesn't update frequently enough to be useful, unless you want to know where someone in your family was yesterday. Update: Still unreliable. I guarantee you my kids' phones don't go into "doze mode" except over night, which isn't when I experience the problem. Updated 9/22... still unreliable but it doesn't suck the life out of my battery the way Life360 does. None of the suggestions for unreliability mentioned by the producer are applicable. I'm looking for a replacement.

Update 23rd Sept: Reinstall has not fixed is still sometimes showing delayed and inaccurate location. As of now it shows I am not here typing this but I am a kilometer away. 18th Sept. I've deinstalled and reinstalled and it seems to have fixed the problem below. So after upgrade 16th Sept. may need to reinstall... Problem: After update 16thSept. showing inaccurate locations sadly.

It's exactly I what I want wanted. It's a free locator app that respects my privacy and has no extra cringe features, like life360. It works excellent in the background and the foreground and it has a nice ui. I can't give it less than 5 stars.

It lags terribly. Locations hardly ever update and when they do, they're still hours behind actual time. My family members locations are still stuck on yesterday's locations. It seems pointless.

Very disappointing. I asked my friend to tell me where I was at the moment. She sent me a map that showed my location half an hour ago, in another part of the city. Next day, the app told me out of the blue I had stopped following my friend, even though I had done nothing of the sort. And most annoyingly, there's a large bubble with unnecessary information splat in the middle of the map, making it extremely difficult to see where the person is located. I uninstalled this app on the 2nd day.

First week of having the app fantastic, and now absolutely rubbish. There's nothing wrong with the GPS signal. What's gone wrong? Is it because not paying for premium?

Unless you want this app on at all times draining battery skip it. You can't have it on location while using app it demands to be on all of the time or it won't work and if you disable it it will turn itself back on or spam you with messages. Also you need to sit through about 3 ads each time you open the app and more if you try to change any settings.
