I had a very disappointing experience with the Doctor C app. After booking an appointment, I did not receive a proper response, and the communication was extremely poor. The customer service was also very unhelpful, which left me feeling frustrated and like my time was completely wasted. I expected much better service from an app that's supposed to make healthcare more accessible. Definitely not a reliable experience, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Worse than horrible service - they have only one calling number which has been reported as junk by several Android users,which gets filtered out. They have no option for cash on delivery... They take the money upfront and then these thieves do not fulfil the appointment. There is no option for cancellation or refund... Total fraudulent and scam modus operandi.

Very unprofessional. I have booked slot at 8.40 and kept waiting for the technician to arrive. He called and informed after 8.40 that will take another 30 mins. This test required fasting as well and there was absolute no response when I asked why can't be informed earlier. There was no option to cancel the order and they sent message as we are not available and tried reaching. Thank God I didn't pay in advance.

I'm very disappointed with the DoctorC app. My reports are being delivered extremely late, and they're being sent in a confusing, piecemeal way—one report at a time, while I'm left waiting for the rest. It has been over 30 hours, and I still haven’t received my complete results. Additionally, the customer service experience has been frustrating. When I attempt to contact the helpline, I receive an initial message promising a response within 15 minutes. However, no response at all.

Doctor C is wonderful. The blood sample collection is smooth and timely. Received reports also on my App with intimation on WhatsApp. I request to increase the tests. It has to see all types of tests are available for everyone's need. All types of allergy and pulmonary tests and cancer tests also has to be made available. The app is to be improved.

The app is very convenient and userfriendly. I faced no issues at all from the word go ...very conveniently samples collected from my door step , promptly sent me reports and for a very very nominal amount had a consultation on my blood report, got the prescription and again got my medicines with a hefty discount of 25% ... What more can I bargain for..??

the technical person was professional and kind. test is affordable. trusted. in the app they can include chat with the person coming. as each time it is going to an automated phone call. location option is also to add in the app.
