"IDBI FASTag is a thick paper based tag / device that use Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology for making toll payments directly from the Prepaid Wallet, Savings or Current account linked to it. It is to be affixed on the windscreen of your vehicle, which enables you to drive through toll plazas, without stopping for cash payments as toll charges.The Government of India has mandated that all new vehicles being sold with effect from 1st December, 2017 are to be affixed with FASTag. The “FASTag Partner App” will facilitate more than 6000 dealers in the country to access a single platform and activate the FASTag at the time of delivery of vehicle.
IDBI FASTag has been made mandatory on 600 + National Highways toll plazas (check for the list here), and is acceptable across over and selected 54+ State highways toll plazas.
From 15th December 2019 all lanes at National Highway toll plaza will be declared as dedicated FASTag Lane except for one Hybrid lane. Non -FASTag users will be charged double the fee if they pass through FASTag lanes."

Worst app i have seen ever. Every time when i am trying to open its says technical error. Not sure it has backend APIs or not. Never worked. Need to try 10 times to just get logged in . Don't understand how this kind of app are available for end user. Very frustrated. Idbi group needs to be pay attention here. Other wise people will move to another options.

App isn't working. Unable to Signup. Error - Something went wrong, try again later. After the payment, fastag is not updated. It is just showing loaded. Facing issues nowadays. Due to this fastag issue I have been stuck in traffic in the tollgate for 30mins. I don't recommend this IDBI fastag, App.

Horrible & the worst app ever. Most of the times (8 out of 10 times) it will give you the error "Something went wrong please try again later". One only needs to open the app whenever you want to recharge the Fastag, and you are greeted with this error. You can not recharge your Fastag, and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it except for sitting duck and praying that the app works normally. It deserves zero stars.

The app I used was extremely unsatisfactory. Each time I tried to access it, an alert message with exception details would pop up. Moreover, the app's performance was sluggish, and it often caused login problems, timeout errors, and connection loss errors. I am puzzled as to why such an app was developed.

Most of the time it dissaponts you. Please adress these issues. 1. Fix issues like something went wrong. 2. Reduce the password expiring frequency. 3. Option to update profile detail . The agent entered dummy email. And there is no option to change email. 4. It shows only smaller no. Of transaction logs. Please increase. Hoping for positive response from IDBI dev team.

1. Very hard to login as it always show login failed or technical issue. 2. Clicking on any button/ details it will log out stating login terminated 3. Unable to upload document to update VRN. There are Many More... Worst thing the IDBI agent who uploaded my details in the portal with wrong documents (of someone else including Pan card and vehicle purchase details) then too the KYC was passed and I am unable to update my correct details.
