Afer the latest update, screen keeps getting stuck with the loading circle looping indefinitely after choosing to watch ads. I have to keep exiting the app and try again and again and again and hope that an ad plays. Sometimes it doesn't even play even after trying for close to 20-22 minutes.

I loved it! It's better than the Starplay (in my opinion). It has less errors and it doesn't lag. Also, it's good that the voting app is already for two music shows. Less storage to occupy 😊. I haven't encountered any error yet, since the first time I used it. And I think that's incredible. Being an IT student, I know how hard it is to avoid errors in your program. Good job Starpass! Keep uo the good work!

I love this app very much, i found it easy to use. But two things, ads don't appear sometimes saying that the page is not ready yet. For the photo upload section, 2 is little for us. I wish to upload more photos and videos. Except for those, i like all ❤❤ I'm also glad that the app is not laggy and very fast. Overall, thank you so much ♡

Honestly now I hate this app. Update too often and well, it works well before the last update. But now, 'everytime' I finished watching an ads it suddenly crashed, going blank. And I needs to relaunch the app but when I open it again, my points are not there. They're just GONE! Now it just waste my data!! --" Dear Starpass, please fix this problem. And if there's any update again, could you add SF9 also? Thank you.

This app used to be an good app and easily to be used. However, this app was getting worse especially after they chose to remove some features to get free heart jelly. Lately, the only way to get heart jelly are complete the mission or purchase jelly. Even though the mission is hard to understand. Obviously, other similar apps are better at this point. So please get back the features of posting or watching ads. THANK YOU.

I just woke up and tried to watch ads to get points but it didn't play. I tried again and it worked. and after two tries it displays a msg that I can get only 50p in 1 hour but I've only yet gotten 20p. This has been happening to me for the past 3 4 days. sometimes it only plays 4 ads and on the next one it doesn't give any points.. leaving me with 40p and sometimes even 30p. My net connection is working perfectly fine. There's nothing wrong with my phone either. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE ASAP.

It is one of the easiest app i use. It's easy to collect heart jellies that can be use to vote for our idols. It works fine with ads unlike the other apps that sometimes cannot play with ads and i really like that we can collect jellies hourly and unlimited. I don't struggle when i use this app and have a great experience using it. This is my favorite app when it comes to voting!

Update: this internet issue was solved on around June 9th, 2021. Thank you Starpass for fixing this issue! Other than this problem it is a very good app! This app is usually very easy and friendly to use. However, today it keeps telling me "no connection to internet" while I have NO problem using other apps online. I tried reinstalling the app but it did not work... PLEASE FIX IT ASAP and I am sure many other people like me are waiting for this app to get back to normal so we can vote.
