Inflow is designed by people with ADHD, for people with ADHD. We’re not a glorified pomodoro timer or calendar. We’re a science-based digital program, here to help you manage your ADHD/ADD.

Do you struggle with focus? Organization? Procrastination? What about attention, hyperactivity, and anxiety? Is your calendar, planner, habit tracker, or timer still not helping you organize or get things done? Is your to do list just not cutting it?

Your ADHD/ADD diagnosis doesn’t have to hold you back. Inflow can help.

Inflow is based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), proven to be effective in the management of ADHD/ADD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder).

Many people see ADHD/ADD as just a deficit or disorder. But the key to thriving with ADHD starts with understanding and embracing your unique ADHD brain.

Start focusing, meet your goals, kick the distraction habit, and start creating a daily structure that works for you. Spend less time planning to be productive, and more time getting things done.

Improve your skills in these areas:

- Focus and Concentration
- Attention and Hyperactivity
- Goal Setting and Consistency
- Mood and Emotional Regulation
- Distraction Reduction
- Cyber Addiction

...all without an ad in sight.

Inflow provides the tools you need to focus on strategies in your everyday life. We help you build a daily routine habit by habit, a day at a time.

It’s time to tackle your to do list with ease, whether that’s studying for an exam, organizing your home more effectively, improving your focus, or simply scheduling more time for self-care. Concentrate on what matters most and organize your daily life.

Inflow also sets you up for success with:

- Daily activities and visual reminders integrated easily into your daily life
- Challenges to put what you learn about ADHD/ADD into practice
- Daily focus feature so you can prioritize more effectively
- A stigma-free and supportive ADHD/ADD community to motivate you
- Personalized journal to understand your behavior habits

Whatever your goals may be — stronger organization skills, building a more effective to do list, preventing procrastination, improving attention, reducing hyperactive traits, focusing on others, or simply coping with an ADHD/ADD diagnosis — Inflow can help.

ADHD/ADD can be challenging, but that doesn’t mean accessing support should be! If you’re tired of the day-to-day stress of managing ADHD/ADD, we’re here for you.

You don’t need to have a formal diagnosis or evaluation to use Inflow!

Reminder: While we are an ADHD/ADD app first and foremost, we cover numerous executive function skills, which can be applicable to autism (ASD), OCD, depression, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and more.

This is essentially a $200 ADHD book. The actual content of the modules is good but there is absolutely nothing in the app that justifies such an exorbitant (even exploitative) price tag: it's not interactive at all, it just has quizzes and spaces for reflection - which you could have in a book anyway. I cancelled my membership after one year.

I was using this app pretty regularly through the free trial and even paid for a year. But the notifications to keep going will only happen once after the last day I use it, so if I forget to do a day, I just never see a notification again. Fast forward to the next year, when I haven't use the app in months, and I get charged for a year with no heads-up notification whatsoever. I've since cancelled my subscription but I'm still out all that money, with no interest in continuing to use it

So far,I love the app. All the resources are great, and the coaching is good so far. However, like others have stated in their reviews, I am having issues with the app freezing. I don't want to pay such a lot of money (which I think is reasonable for the services provided) when I can barely type in the app at all. I had to go through the sign up process 5 times as the app stopped responding. The only time I can avoid it freezing a bit is using text to speech but that's not a solution. Please fix

So far the most engaging, fun and rewarding ADHD app I've been around and able to stick to. I've been using it diligently because it really gets us and tricks our brains to have accomplished sooo much by sending little auditory rewards every time a level is unlocked and show that we're on track. It feels good & keep us going throughout the tasks to read & complete. They're also short to read and have an option to listen to and up the auditory speed. Brilliant! Seriously recommend! 10 out of 10!

I've been trying to utilize this tool, but something always gets in the way. I took the long, multistage, detailed questionnaire on my laptop, then at the last step the site endlessly looped and I didn't get registered. So I download the app and take another quiz, though not as long, then it says they can't send me the verification link. So, it seems this is an unusable tool.

EDIT: I am editing my review to reflect the awesome costumer service I was provided. The support team responded same day and were very friendly and professional. The issue (blank screen, no app access) has been resolved and the small frustration I experienced was generously compensated for. As far as the app, it is easy to navigate and I have already learned some genuinely helpful tools for some of my ADHD symptoms. Included is access to a live coach who works with your specific needs.

It has some good modules, but like others said, no way to know if it's worth the $200/year with a week of access. Each module is supposed to last a week. When you get to the end, you're supposed to check in with a therapist. Also, the promise to remind you BEFORE you are charged. They do not remind you. I searched my email, I searched the app store, I searched my phone for texts. Not one reminder. This is predatory when they know people are downloading this because they are struggling.

Unfortunately, the app was not usable. I couldn't send a reply to my coach as the app would cause my keyboard to freeze and the elements on the page would shift around erratically. I tried using different keyboards, but it seemed to be a problem with the app. I think the app is a great idea and with the personal feedback, it isn't overpriced as some have said. I just couldn't use it, and thus I can't give it a positive rating.
