TorrDroid is a torrent client cum search engine that features a hassle free way of searching and downloading torrents. This torrent app has the option to download torrents without browsing for them manually.With TorrDroid, you need only enter a search term and a file type to initiate a torrent search with the in built search engine. The results appear in the app itself ready for click-to-download. Sometimes it works flawlessly BUT MOST of the time it LOVES to download full seasons with NO Audio OR VIDEO. small torrents take HOURS to download and most of the time they don't download without some kind of interference and I can't close the app while I'm downloading otherwise it stops the download and when I open the app it has to check the download BEFORE it starts again. I can find full seasons online that somehow this app CAN'T find. Above all it needs to be improved A LOT

I'm giving this app two stars because it used to be amazing, and I could get all almost all the music I could search for. I don't know what has changed, but I can no longer get any music. It will only sit there and attempt to get the metadata and then say no metadata available. I have attempted to clear the data, the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled without any luck. I will maybe try to reinstall it at a later date.If I hear something's improved.

Good app for newcomers, just search and it does it's thing. HOWEVER, it lacks the ability to customize like som other apps. No option to download on VPN only, which is, well, not good, to put it plainly. If your VPN shuts off and you're not staring at your device, this will continue to download without protection--this is a problem if you are concerned about privacy. Also see no way to customize trackers or hosts, which keeps your options pretty limited as far as what can actually be found.

This app used to be pretty amazing but the ads are getting worse and worse and now affect the download. In order for me to select a specific file to download out of a group, I have to sit through ads. That's fine, but after the ad the download doesn't start. It's an endless cycle of watching ads without anything happening. Some of the ads you can't even close others and you have to actually play a game in order to close it. I'm looking elsewhere for another option at this point.

Three complaints: the app will not allow me to choose a different folder on my SD card as the download destination. It only allows me to use the one recommended by the app default on my SD card and its a horrible location. Second, the ads! Way too much! Simply a deal breaker. Waaay too intrusive. When there are torrent apps out there that have NO ADS, you simply can't get away with bloating your app and the user experience with ads like this. Third, the downloads are very slow. Ugh.

Exceptional torrent download app! The built-in search engine finds relavant search results efficiently and accurately. Potentially any file on the internet can be found. Functionally near flawless Aesthetics leave much to be desired. The green is fixed, the notifications can use some tweaking, and the lack of a "dark" or AMOLED "black" leaves me using the negative color option of my phone. Great app! Highly recommend. Second only to F®@$TW|π€.

Have been using it for a very long time and it was doing amazing until last week when it stopped working. Not sure of what has happened. Whenever I try to download something, it doesn't work and the download never starts. It says "no mata data found". I've updated my software, cleared all catch and data, reinstalled the app and still it doesn't work. Very frustrated with this issue!!!

I have been using it for quite a while. But there are some things that are truly annoying: 1. When the download is paused, it WILL almost never restart again because the app isn't able to remember what parts are already downloaded. 2. The app overrides files without asking. Imagine downloading a 10GB file after a full day's effort. And then the app suddenly forgets that it has downloaded it. It starts downloading again, earasing all what was downloaded. YOU SHOULD ASK BEFORE PERMANENTLY DELETING
