The live worked well for me and I experienced no lag between the feed. Nor did I notice anyone else in the live chat experiencing one. The only part that could be improved was the subtitles were at times very delayed which made trying to understand what was being said when very difficult. At times the subtitles never came for segments at all, but other than that I had really enjoyed my experience with the platform

It was a happy experience for me to be able to watch a live concert (King Hanbin's B.I OFFLINE) with this application. The user interface makes it easy for me to buy a ticket and browse through the other available shows. The video quality of the stream is good and there are no buffering issues. The subtitles are easily readable as well. Highly recommend, I'm looking forward to watching more shows from this app.

I started using hellolive to watch B.I's first fanmeeting and I'm telling you, the live video is clear and also the audio for the artist is good—only that the crowd can barely heard. Another good thing on this is the HD 1:1, unlike other sites and ordinary video call apps + it also has an AI subtitle (although some are not that directly accurate but it's fine, understandable because it's an automatic sub). All in all, the app is good and easy to use.

I really enjoyed the ability to watch a fan meeting live, to see comments from other people around the world, and to be able to have the meeting translated into my language. The only reason this is not a five star review is that there were a number of times that the English subtitles were significantly behind the audio, which decreased the quality of the experience, and there were no subtitles for the live replay.

Smooth & high quality live streaming. I really appreciate that they provide subtitles during live streaming. Chat feature is available so fans can interact with each other. The support team is also responsive, replying to our queries. If there's something that i wish it can be added is subtitles for the live replay, because some of us might not be able to watch the live streaming and only watch the live replay. Started using hellolive because of B.I's 1st Fan Meeting. But I in all honesty, this app worked well for me. It is smooth and gives HQ video and audio. Not to mention the fact that it has automated English subtitles which helps international fans so much. It also beginner friendly as it is easy to navigate. Purchasing tickets and goods is easy too. The streaming was smooth throughout the whole live session. Room for improvement for subtitle as it contains number of missing translation and some inaccuracy. Overall very good experience using hellolive.

Just recently downloaded this app to watch B.I 1st Fanmeeting, I didn't encounter any problem. It's easy to use. I was surprised that there's subtitles provided. And I just watched the rewatch of the fanmeeting and it ran smoothly 🙂
