同じWi-Fiにある端末にアプリをインストールすると転送できます。
一方的にしか転送できませんが仕様です。

初回起動時は写真を受け取る側か、写真を送る側か選べます。
受け取る側は常に受け取りを待機しています。Wi-Fi接続が切れた場合は中止します。
送る側は定期的に受け取り側へ送信をします。定期的実行を無効にして、手動で転送することも出来ます。
