This app and the entire dconnect portal needs some serious work.. - Difficulty connecting to home WiFi with long and special passwords (yes, it's 2.4ghz) - login needs often multiple attempts as it just fails or give "wrong credentials" even though they are correct. In the app AND web portal. - account not found after a few days of not even using the app so I can start completely over. What a disappointing start of my new pump commissioning.

After spending a lot of money on their water pump that had the added feature of being able to connect to the internet to check its status, the manufacturer removed this service and replaced it with a paid one. As a result, the pump is now just an expensive regular pump. Very poor marketing strategy!

App errors when trying to register and create an account. Couldn't use it because I couldn't login. Worthless.

An application that should be free considering the cost of the equipment and how simple it is. However, the producer decided not to leave the fools with the money in their pockets. The cost starts at 17 euros/year/equipment for the basic version. The first year is free.

Do I use the App or the Web portal? Seems like the deceloper don't know where to focus their energy. I think a local API for the pump to be able to integrate into Home Assistant privately (without a subscription) would be extremely useful.

It is a paid app. Why not offer it free to all owners of dub pumps. You already bought the pump at a price.

Hopeless every step beyond pairing with the esybox results in an 'app error'. Does no one test this stuff?
