Con l’app CieID puoi accedere ai servizi online della Pubblica Amministrazione e dei privati aderenti ad “Entra con CIE”.Attiva le credenziali CIE (livello 1 e 2) su www.cartaidentita.it, apri l’App e configura l’accesso semplificato. Potrai autorizzare i tuoi accessi da PC semplicemente:
- inquadrando dalla App il QR code che trovi nella pagina di richiesta accesso e inserendo il codice app CieID che avrai creato in fase di certificazione del dispositivo; se hai attiva la biometria, l’accesso è ancora più semplice perché puoi sostituirla al codice app CieID
oppure
- inserendo le tue credenziali CieID (username e password) nella pagina di richiesta accesso, riceverai una notifica push in App che dovrai accettare tramite l’utilizzo del codice app CieID o della biometria.
Se accedi al servizio online da smartphone, autenticati con le credenziali CieID oppure apri la App e inserisci il codice app CieID, usa il riconoscimento biometrico se attivo.
Se hai uno Smartphone con Android 6.0 e successivi, dotato di tecnologia NFC puoi scegliere di accedere con il massimo livello di sicurezza (livello 3). Dopo aver ricevuto la tua Carta di Identità Elettronica, apri l’App e registra la tua carta inserendo il PIN di otto cifre e avvicinando la Carta sul retro dello Smartphone quando richiesto.
Con l’App CieID è inoltre disponibile la funzionalità di Recupero PUK, per i cittadini in possesso di una Carta di Identità Elettronica che hanno associato alla propria identità digitale un indirizzo di posta elettronica o un numero di cellulare.

Cannot scan QR Code. I continue to get a message that QR Code is incorrect but what QR Code there is if i have only those on substitutive sheet and the two on the sheet where the Electronic ID Card was attached? And they were correct the first time i activated the Card? Now i cannot use them!!!!! Is bugged!!! A fixing update, please, and as soon as possible, thanks!!!!

Horrible. What is the point of having the app if it still demands a SMS authentication? It keeps going around in circles. Absolutely useless if you are abroad. Designed to make your life more difficult. Does not work with mobile numbers outside Italy. Even if you have your PIN, PUK and the id card in front of you. It always ends requiring an SMS that never arrives. It is impossible to activate your new CIE.

Useless and waste of time,especially when you have to wait 2 days for an activation code by email ...and the menu itself has nothig usefull..like always,smokescreen to deceive the people.

An app that's made for you to login on government service pages. That means: burocracy for nothing. They could have made a website that recognises your ID. They could have just made it simple for you to have a normal login with your id number or codice fiscale number. But no. They had to complicate things and connect the website to the app, but the website doesn't recognise it and keeps telling me that there's no app installed. Ridiculous. People like to complicate things that could be simple.

Hi. It's very annoying and time-consuming to scan your card with NFC after each and every login. If I registered my card with my device, why I have to repeat all the steps over and over again for every site to enter with CIEID. Rather SPID once install and configure is much easy and fastest way to enter any site. Sorry but poor experience got and disinstalled it. Thanks a lot.

What I don't like about this app is how hard it is to detect and recognize my ID through the NFC technology: it keeps failing, losing the connection, and it typically takes me an average of 5 attempts before I can finally login to my ID... it would be great if it could fail less frequently, because it is a very useful app indeed.
