Update: Thanks, staffy, for reaching out. The issue was resolved by allowing the app permission to calendar. ------------------------------------------------ The app has been stuck in a refreshing loop, too, ever since I first signed up months ago. I have deleted and re-downloaded the app. Nothing changed.

WHY ARE YOU REQUESTING FORCED COVID VACCINATION IN ORDER TO OBTAIN EMPLOYMENT??? This medical intervention does not prevent transmission yet you are denying care providers the right to apply for work over this not to mention there is no active mandates! Health Care Workers need to start voicing concerns over this (many are now doing so). This app is also not user-friendly. I gave my info for sign up and email and got told I was being sent a code via email to confirm my sign up- never got it.

Signed up and uploaded all my documents and found a job fairly close to me within a week. It's really great to earn extra income if you're laid off and the compensation is more than fair. I must say though the app definitely needs work. It's very slow, freezes and sometimes when you clock in, and doesn't register. Customer service is great but it's a shame they only communicate by text and don't reply very quickly. Overall I'm thankful for Staffy and I'm excited to see it grow.

Finally submitted all the required documents, was planning to pick up shifts, I thought you were an independent contractor but turns out you still need approval from the facility and staffy can't do anything about it, it's like there's no difference between you applying in the facility and staffy. Overall been 3 months since I started this application and still haven't picked up a shift. I wouldn't recommend this app, complete waste of time.

Just downloaded it to check out what they have to offer. Could not even setup an account kept saying to check my internet connection both on WiFi and data. The software definitely needs work, way to unreliable to feel comfortable getting paid and such. Really bad first impression for what should be a professional app to find work. Unfortunate.

My app has been stuck in a loop of refreshing for the past year. Nothing's changed. The app is unusable and broken. On top of this major issue, no shifts are available in a 100km radius (even after notifications say otherwise)

There is no even an option to delete uploaded document. I mistakenly uploaded a wrong document under certificates and I got frustrated and ended up uninstalling your app. Everytime I do incognito to check for email addresses of my references, the field becomes empty wherein you have to repeat filling up again all the informations.

No good. Not once since signing up a month ago has there been a shift offer within 200km of me. They were, and still are, advertising for positions in my area yet they have never had a single shift available anywhere near here. I spent money on police record check, etc for absolutely nothing.
