Extremely disappointed! I booked a table via your app, but the menu was misleading—there wasn’t a single barbecue item available when I arrived. Your staff suggested I either sit or leave, and customer service just wanted to close my case without resolution. This feels like a cheap marketing tactic pull the customer in. Barbeque nation at metro is worst experience ever. The entire time the service person was not there to serve us starter most of the food items in non veg starter and veg starter were not served. There was no food variety in starter and nor in main course and entire the quality of the food was pathetic at Metro barbeque nation . Thane barbecue nation was good experience but Metro it was the worst I would ever thought of it never ever recommending barbeque nation at Metro junction

There is unlimited drinks offer available in offers, but I could not find it. There are coupons available, but no direct link to apply it. But the reservation experience is straight on simple and spot-on!! Fix those other ones and the app would be great. Also I'm a very old customer to BN. Any chance if any benefits from my old reservations made on this same number be added here?

I wish i could have given -5 for the app. It doesn't have search bar, and i entered address two times, kept giving error. And then it wrote not available on another location. what an useless app😡😡Complete🤡 app. Got me really irritated. At least make your interface better so that its easy for users.

Good quality food, they have lots of food options for both vegetarian and non vegetarians, snacks are top of the line and very tasty, staff fully cooperative and the atmosphere is also good. Multiple Dessert options, my personal favourite are soups. Recommend to go atleast once. Romantic getaway for couple with/without kids. Must visit place.

Your UBQ offers are really good deals on food but the experience ordering food with your application is pathetic. You really need to work on the application because everytime I click on pay it takes me to homepage and the app is stuck. This is kind of irritating. Food is delicious no doubt but experience on app is exhausting.

Reservation is very untrustworthy. You will not get table evenafter reservation. Outlet priorities walk-in instead of reservations. Very worst experience...
