Frustrated!! Trying to set up this program for a new building. When I first opened it, it worked fine. But every time I have tried to reopen the app since then, it crashes! Researching reviews it looks like this is a common problem since the updates. Hard for me to recommend this to the members of our building when it doesn't work. Fix the issue ASAP and Do better please!

Version 2.9 works on my one plus 3t & 7t, but I still have users getting the message that it isn't compatible, and some get a message that it wasn't able to contact the server for registration. I guess FOBs are still more reliable, so users having issues with the app will be issued a FOB now.

Stopped working on Android since the latest update this past weekend. Can't get into office building now without assistance from an iPhone user. Thanks. Don't even bother emailing the developer as they're radio silent apparently.

The form doesn't persist data when you switch apps. And then after filling it out the app crashed and will not open again. Then I uninstalled the app and repeated the experience

Crashes every time it is opened. It used to work, the last release doesn't work on latest Android. Everyone locked out of building. It's a mess.

It was working for years but the recent update (2.7) makes it crash every time it launches. Had to force install an older version.

Great when it works, although at times it can be frustrating when trying open the door and it's taking forever to even accept the signal.

Poorly designed app. It gets stuck on the create page saying you've already created an account. No option to go back to dashboard or anything.
