super easy account setup. tbh it's more expensive than local alternatives and there're only a few locations but the ease of registration and how quickly I was able to rent a car (5-10min on a weekend for the whole process) is amazing.

The app keeps booking a 150€ caution and then automatically cancels the booking but doesn't return the money. I have now 300€ charged from my account, no booking and the customer service claims nothing was booked.

Beware of the hidden charges. I rented a van back in September, and everything seemed fine. However a month later after the bill was paid, the company claimed an additional payment for the insurance because, apparently, there has been a bug in their systems. Of course they don't send any confirmation of the rental via email the day it was made, everything is managed by the app which is totally under their control so there is absolutely no way to check the services requested. To top it all, the first 100km are included in the rental as per their terms and conditions, but in the bill they charge them in full. When I requested about this, all of a sudden the mileage is divided in basic cost and maintenance cost, and only the maintenance cost is waived for the first 100km. This is not specified in the T&C neither. It looks like the rules are completely arbitrary. In conclusion, at the end the overall cost is higher than a classic van rental company and the hassle is not worth the only advantage of this app, which is that you don't have to refill the tank. Honestly I would only use it again if I am terribly desperate. I can't understand that Ikea is in partnership with this. In favour I can only say that the customer service make the effort to speak English, even when they don't have to.

I was surprised to see 11€ out of sm invoice of 42€ for the excess insurance. I did not choose this insurance, it was selected by default, and it was not clear that it would cost extra. It's not possible to pay with SEPA or PayPal. When I booked the car it took 150€ from my current account. Hope to get the difference back fast.

Absolutely horrible customer experience. You need to enter all your information including a picture of you and your drivers license, as well as payment information UP FRONT. After that the app seems downright buggy tried to find a van in 3 months from now, and it said there wasn't a single one available in the whole of Europe. I tried different dates and times but still no Van in the entirety of Europe. Not user friendly, and at least for me, unusable.

Unfortunately the app crashed several times and didn't let us take pictures so we called the customer service (you can reach them through the chat function). What's great: the customer service was excellent. We took the pictures with our phone and were able to leave. When we returned the van, the app also didn't work. We called the customer service again and they concluded the rental. So in sum, it works very well but be prepared to call customer service for help.

STAY AWAY! DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT! Faulty cars, laggy app, NOBODY to support you in case you have some problems. I did what I had to do in the app, the car didn't start, tried to reach somebody on the phone, they passed me from one service to other (Europcar, Buchbinder, a.s.o.). Spent half an hour, didn't find ANY support, closed the car, went home. Though I didn't even move the car, they charged me €18.90. I would like to rate them 0, but it's not possible 😡 MONEY FOR NOTHING!

opening the car via the app didn't work, but the customers support helped out immediately. Furthermore another person booked the car during the same period of time and we had to discuss about who is allowed to use it. the damages of the car are so numerous, that it is impossible to really confirm there is no new one before using it (except you book the car for an extra hour). but in principle the app works and it allows me to rent a transporter for a very good price, enabling me to move out.
