As most recent others are stating in their reviews, recently tivimate has totally gone downhill. I keep attempting to purchase my premium subscription, as I do every year, and it keeps cancelling. I cant even use paypal any longer, its forcing you to use a credit card, and even THAT wont work. Im going to look for a new app to use, and this one is very problematic. Customer service is no help at all so dont even bother.

Already have a subscription. Now it refuses to let me add another device. To top it off, I can not get a refund through Google Play. I wonder what my attorney will have to say about this! I knew this would be a problem where Google is involved. Everything about Google customer service is HORRIBLE! Might just as well hand over my credit card, because it is now corrupted.

This IPTV Player been really buggy lately. There's way too much freezing, buffering, lack of information in the EPG, along with the inability to consistently record full programs. There was a recent update to 5.0.0. Once I schedule a few shows to be recorded, I'll see if that kink has been fixed. I really like the app. Even with its issues, it's still the best IPTV player hands down. Kudos to the makers of this app. Please continue to improve it.

I love TiviMate it's one of the best I've used. The ONLY complaint I have, well it's not really a complaint more of a suggestion. It would be GREAT if you guys could find a way to add some sort of Sync ability at least for those of us with the paid version. It would be wonderful when you have it on multiple devices if you could just sync all of your content rather than having to manually add everything to each device you have it installed on. But other than that it works great and always has.

I've been using Tivimate Premium for a number of years now and just recently when my subscription expired I renewed it and have had nothing but problems since. I've had to pay three separate times as it continues to cancel. I had to pay again to have the Tivimate companion activated on my phone and today I sat back down to watch tv and it's cancelled yet again. I'm beyond pissed off at this point. Want all my money back and I will be looking for another app to use. I really enjoyed this app and am disanointed I'll have to find something else. There are tons and tons of sites where you can download the premium version for free but I have always paid for it because it worked so well and it was very reasonable.

Pretty good interface except I don't see a way to pay for the lifetime access which was $20. I know they raised their yearly price to $10 now which is why i thought it would make more sense to just pay the $20...the website doesn't offer much in terms of support. It doesn't even show their subscription options. Just a way to delete devices and nothing else.

I have been trying for the past 3 days to reset my password. I have emailed them, whatsapp them, and all they give is advice of using the forgot password on the login page. I have tried this option many times, but no reset emails are in my inbox. I'm starting to regret purchasing this app. After a few days of waiting they now eventually have sent me the update password email. Therefore I have to change my rating even though it took them so long to resolve it. The app itself is wonderful!!!

The app is great, and getting better all the time. But the need for a companion app that can only be installed via android is a HUGE pain. A) i was stuck creating an android VM which is a hassle in and of itself. B) i am now changing ISP's and losing access to my old email, and I cant find any way to change the email tied to my premium account. close to 5 stars. close :P
