The app is not very user friendly and is not responsive. It took me a lot of attempts to successfully post a task with the correct information. It also accidentally made me repost the same task a number of times which I only found out when people message me about the task. Then I have to go into each task to cancel the tasks that accidentally created. What a hassle...

The app itself is very good and easy to navigate. It's given me a hanful of jobs over the last few weeks. The issue I have is with the fees charged by them. They take a 20% cut of any task completed from the tasker and then also add a surcharge on for the poster too which means for a job I completed recently, they received £26 from a £90 task which seems pretty steep. Hopefully as the app grows they will consider lowering this, but we'll see.

The update has made everything far too big, makes it clumsy to navigate. Also it gets repetitive to keep asking people the same questions "please post a pic" and "what locations".. it should be mandatory when asking someone to do something for you, that a pic is uploaded and locations are all filled in, before being able to post for a task to be completed. It just makes everything take longer and you have to wait for the information, it a massive time waster. This desperately needs attention

First time using airtaker for help in my little business, and I am very happy. A great concept, you have a need, only people that can or want to do the task messages you back. You get to see reviews of previous work done etc Brilliant! Definitely use again for other things. Takes the stress away from what you can't or struggle to do yourself so you can go back to what you can do.

App not very helpful, unable to log and have to use web browser so cannot get notifications. but seams a good concept. Shame about the significant fees deducted and people not filing tasks correctly (almost everything is 'remote' even though it's obviously a task that requires to be done in person)

No support if anything goes wrong. They used to have a good system in place inside the app to directly send requests (now it takes you outside the app to a blank form to fill out). Then no response for days. Poor. Oh also nobody responds to moderation reports of users abusing the system, ruins it for everyone doing the right thing. Fix these points for 4-5 stars, simple but hugely important. **update now even worse as can't report comments etc from inside app, so broken compared to before.

The app takes a hefty 20% cut, which I could accept as fair for generating some income. However, the experience is riddled with issues. It assigns jobs to me without my consent, there are constant problems with payments, and they even charged me a cancellation fee for a job I had to cancel due to health risks at the location (reported to RSPCA). Job alerts are relentless and ignore all settings, spamming me with irrelevant tasks .

Why does this app continue to hold my money for a job that was never completed! The person was a no show then when I cancelled the job the person messaged and said they were coming to my house! Now apparrently I have to wait 48 hours for the person to respond to my request to cancel the job! Terrible app, Im never using it again. Felt unsafe and they're still holding my funds.
